About Liz Adams
Before establishing Adams Management Liz had a highly successful career in the media industry, working with advertising agencies, newspapers and radio stations, in roles as diverse as Account Executive, Sales Director, General Manager and Management Consultant.

Liz was General Manager of FOX FM in Melbourne before starting her own business.

She brings to her clients a unique understanding of the media and high level skills in strategic planning, negotiation, sales and marketing, business administration and customer service.

About Lucy Roach

Lucy comes to Adams Management with extensive experience in producing live light entertainment television and working creatively with talent.

With over 6 years producing, researching and creating segments on Logie award winning Rove Live, and roles such as Supervising and Segment Producer on the chat show, The Circle, she has always managed to keep her finger  on the pulse of comedy, broadcasting and light entertainment in the Australian broadcast and media industries.

Lucy has also had a long association with the comedy industry from attending live shows since the age of 12, and working at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival  and Edinburgh Fringe’s famous Gilded Balloon.

About Karla Burt

Karla brings over 15 years experience of working in the entertainment industry to Adams Management.  With a background in public relations, she's been a producer and researcher on hit light entertainment shows across all
the Australian commercial TV networks and our national broadcaster.

Karla has also been responsible for a number of pioneering digital entertainment products and for nurturing both creative and technical talent to bring new formats to the small screen. In her spare time Karla produces live comedy shows for some of Australia's finest.
